Their ceramic surfaces feature a spectacular, honest patina with the characteristic pitted texture unique to historic firing methods. They bring an immense sense of museum-quality gravity and history to a dining room display or plate wall. Two remarkable pieces of living history that have survived centuries of changing domestic tastes.
